CWG, Inc., is a C Corporation, founded in September of 2009, for the purpose of owning and operating various media and entertainment ventures under the categories of music, art, and lifestyle.

Mission - We believe in making the world a better place through music and entertainment.

Leadership - CWG, Inc.'s board of directors are a "business dream team," if you will, composed of the entertainment industry's best talent. Each of the directors are seasoned in their area of expertise, making for powerhouse leadership with the vision of Hearst and Mac like Steve Jobs.

Goals as a Corporation:

1. To create a media empire through successful entertainment industry ventures.

2. To further the online and print publication, Chicks With Guns Magazine.

3. To be ahead of the cusp of trends and technology in regards to entertainment. CWG Magazine is the magazine of the future, and CWG, Inc. is the entertainment company of the future.

History - It all started with a cubicle...

Chicks With Guns Magazine began humbly as a "blog with heart," that was updated and run in between record label contract briefs, and has since grown to a full-blown ezine and print publication. As CWG Magazine's popularity soared, the site was re-designed and re-vamped, garnering the best content on the internet, and staffing the best writing talent across the United States.

CWG Magazine (print), which replaces the now defunct Blender Magazine, will directly rival Spin and Rolling Stone, and will come out of the gate as the #3 music publication in the world.

CWG, Inc. was created to oversee and operate all Chicks With Guns properties.

Future - CWG, Inc. will grow CWG Magazine (online and print) to its full potential, and will branch out into other various media ventures. Stuff in the works so far:

CWG Internet Radio Network - Once all the B.S. and hullabaloo with the Copyright Royalty Board is sorted out, expect a giant network of internet radio stations that can be played online, through any mobile phone, and even in the car.

CWG TV - An internet and mobile television network with original programming.

Killer Cali Records - Our sister company Killer Cali, Inc., owns a record label that specializes in rock, pop, and rap.

Killer Cali Publishing (BMI) - A music publishing company that houses old songs and songs from the Killer Cali Records catalog.

Chicks With Guns Magazine (Online) - CWG, Inc. owns a 100% controlling share of all Chicks With Guns Magazine's online properties, including CWGmagazine.com and ChicksWithGunsMag.com.

CWG TV - CWG, Inc. Owns a 100% controlling share of internet television network, CWG TV.

CWG Radio - CWG, Inc. owns a 100% controlling share of CWG's internet radio network.

Killer Cali, Inc. - Cwg, Inc. owns a 75% controlling share of Killer Cali, Inc., which owns Killer Cali Records, Killer Cali Publishing (BMI), and Killer Cali Magazine (Online).
